Hi, everyone. I've been doing a lot of low & slow cooking on my charcoal grill this summer and for some reason I decided to start making videos of the cooks and posting them to YouTube. Below is my second attempt at making a watchable video lol. I'd like to do this a lot more so I would really appreciate any tips / advise for my next video. Hopefully I'll start to get good at this and gain some subscribers.

In this video I make Beef Back Ribs and Bone-in Beef Short Ribs. I did them low & slow (3hrs indirect, 1 hr wrapped in foil) and then I added my favorite sauce. I know that a lot of people don't like to sauce their beef ribs but that's how we like them here.

Here's the video:

So this was your second video and it was pretty damn good. When it comes to barbecue videos I consider myself an expert. For a very long time I been showing a video of the day on this forum and I think I'm probably watched over 500 barbecue videos during that time.  To be honest with you I'm a bit burned out on barbecue videos is getting harder and harder for me to look through the list of videos and find a good one.

When I try to figure out what a good video is I think it has to be different than the other ones out there. You did that with the inexpensive grill as opposed to big dollar big smokers Thats different. You have a good radio announcer voice that's different.  You cooked something that was not something that everybody else cooks, that's different. Good job keep up the good work.  Your welcome post one on this forum every once in a while.

Thanks, Ray! I appreciate the feedback and I totally understand being burned out by barbecue videos. I never want to make a "me too" video. Whats the point, right?

Thanks again for taking the time to check it out!
