GRILLED FRENCH ONIONS

Ingredients:

4 medium to large Vidalia or sweet onions
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp butter
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
 

Directions:

Cut the top off of the onion leaving the room side intact.

Peel the outer skin off of the onion.

Using an apple corer or knife core, cut out the middle of the onion just as you would an apple.

Put ½ tsp of butter in each hole on top of the bouillon.

Wrap in tinfoil and grill for 30-40 minutes at a temp of 350-400 degrees.

Remove from grill and top with Parmesan cheese.

Looks good.  Need to try this before the Vidalia's disappear for the season.
