Looking for sauce for spares that contain no added sugar and still make a respectable impression.
A co-worker is diabetic, and she really wants to try my ribs but adding my favorite J. Lee's sauce just won't work in this case.
Ideas? Thanks for your thoughts.

A BUTTload of stuff here. Many vinegar based ones are sugar free or just use some splenda instead, brown or white. Also, ask her if she has a preference for certain sugar substitutes, everyone has a preference, particularly diabetics. Same with rubs, sugar substitute (some are more prone to burn than othrs) LOTS of rub recipes on this site too!!!
