I am making beef stew for a party of 30 people. I am using 12# of beef, 5# of potatoes, 12 oz. of peas, 5# onions, 3 cups of celery, 3 qts of beef broth, plus salt, pepper, and other spices. Does this seem like the right amount of ingredients or do you have a recipe for beef stew for a party this size? Thanks
