Daba's BBQ
I sold my home and moved into an apartment. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to have a smoker or a grill, so I am confined to making ribs in my oven. Before I waste my time and ruin a nice set of babybacks, I wanted to get some input and advice from the forum.

Any suggestions on how to make ribs in my oven would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Daba

Daba,

If you have previously used a smoker to do ribs and you were happy with the results, then do the same technique/temps/time in your oven.

If you don't have a smoker technique that you have used, try this web site which will walk you through the 3-2-1 technique:

Absolutely! Oven-baked ribs can turn out delicious. Start by removing the membrane from the ribs and seasoning them with your favorite dry rub. Wrap them tightly in foil and bake at 275°F (135°C) for 2.5-3 hours until tender. Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, and broil for a few minutes for caramelization. Rest before slicing. They come out super tender and flavorful!
