I am tied of my temp probes getting jumbled up or having to use multiple twist ties to keep them organized.  I have seen a few organizers but most look too bulky and the one I did like is not available.  Any ideas?

Meater.  They're wireless.  Sync's to your smartphone.

Rayb, thank you an interesting idea but l would still need to coil and twist tie the cables. I was hoping for more of an all in one solution.

Peter, wish l knew about these a few years ago before l retooled.  In too deep to start over.  Curious, have you tried one?  How is the accuracy, battery life?

Muzzy: Accracy is spot on.  Matches within a 1° of my Thermapen.  Battery has never been an issue.  I'd go for the extended range version next time, range is about 30 feet on the standard thermometer.  Their extended range device spec shows up to 160 feet.

Thanks Peter,  l think l"ll pick one up just to play with it.  Looks like l may need to find some Meat Bondo to patch the hole it leaves.

The hole can be patched

You'll never notice the hole, about as big around as a chopstick.  (Be sure and go with the Meater+, the range is much better.  New review published on the 18th.)  https://the-gadgeteer.com/2018/10/18/meater-wireless-meat-thermometer-review/

ISTR that, back in the day, someone fabed a multiple port hub where you plugged them all in and just turned a dial to read various temps...

but that was many beers ago.

On a second look it appears to be a stake driven into a vampire's heart.

"Select-o-Temp"  waiting for the day someone installs an analog dial on a smart phone.

Have you considered putting each temperature probe with its wire into a snack-sized Ziploc (or equivalent) plastic bag?  I keep the probe with its sensor and use no twist ties.

Worth a shot, thanks.
